Support EPA Watch. EIP will double down on efforts launched during the first Trump Administration to ensure transparency and oversight of EPA’s actions and inaction. We will bring efforts to undermine the agency into the sunlight, counter disinformation, and ensure that science, not industry favor, drives EPA decision making.

Support EIP’s Local Action Fund. EIP directly supports frontline communities that are most impacted when EPA and state enforcement agencies weaken and fail to enforce environmental protections. Often, industry’s closest neighbors are economically disadvantaged, communities of color, and already overburdened by pollution and public health risks. EIP makes sure that these communities can access the legal and technical experts they need to influence environmental decision making and to go toe-to-toe with industry to fight bad permits, force environmental clean-ups, and secure the clean air and water they deserve.
